So if you're a fat guy who's confident in himself and good with sexual tension and connection (see videos below), then your weight isn't going to be a deal breaker for the majority of women. However, if your weight is a reflection of poor health and bad habits taking care of yourself, then that WILL hurt your attractiveness to women - especially more confident girls - because at some level, you don't fully like (love) yourself if you're treating your body poorly and not taking care of yourself. Women also just tend to not be attracted to men who don't take care of themselves. So take care of your health - that's self-love. And losing weight and working out CAN be great for your self-esteem, but it's not always as simple as the physical work. You've got to feel great about yourself all the way dow to your core if you want great results with great women, and often that requires focused internal self-confidence work as well. Don't let the gym become a way to avoid facing - or cover up - your insecurities. There's a reason some gym rats actually still struggle with women - they're taking care of their physiques, but not fully facing their insecurities internally. And women can sense that right away. People want to know if burpees are the best exercise for getting the job done. Others want to know if battle ropes or even jump rope are better at burning calories and burning fat. While all of them are at the top of the list for the most calories burned on a minute per minute basis, they still are not the best way to lose five pounds of body fat the fastest. In this video, I show you how you can never outtrain a bad diet. If you refuse to pay attention to the quality of your nutrition and the foods you put in your mouth you are never going to have the low levels of body fat that you desire long term. Sure, anyone can follow a short term diet that allows them to lose fat for a few weeks however if you can’t keep it up then you will never be satisfied with your body fat levels over the course of the year. Mistakenly, people look to exercises as the best way to drop body fat. While you definitely need to train, achieving fat loss is and always will be better accomplished via the right nutrition plan. This goes back to the comment about never being able to outtrain a bad diet. You simply cannot make up enough calorie burn via exercise (even the most intense) to overcome bad food choices. For instance, our very own Jesse is a big sugar fanatic and a worshiper of gummy bears. Just 17 measly gummy bears has 150 calories. Even if Jesse were to do 10 minutes straight of high effort high intensity burpees, he would only burn 120 calories and he would lose that battle with a net calorie gain of 30. Now Jesse, being a hardgainer, is not concerned at the moment with his body fat levels. He was the only one wiling to do the burpees while I talked during the video being the good sport that he is. If you are looking to burn 5 lbs of fat however, you need to be sure that you are paying attention to what really matters. Your nutrition will always be at the top of the priority list for getting that job done. Now, does that mean that conditioning exercises like burpees, jump rope, battle ropes and split squat jumps don’t have a place in your workout program if you need to lose fat? Not at all. Scientists at the University of Exeter have found the most robust evidence yet that simply being a shorter man or a more overweight woman leads to poorer chances in life, including a poorer income. It has long been known that there is a link between height and weight and how well off a person is, in terms of socioeconomic factors including earnings, postcode, level of education and job type. People from poorer backgrounds are less likely to grow tall and more likely to put on weight, in part because of a poorer education and nutrition in childhood and early adulthood. Now, in research led by the University of Exeter and published in the BMJ, scientists have used genetics to show that shorter height in men or higher body mass index (a measure of weight for a given height) in women leads to reduced chances in life, including income. Using data from 120,000 participants in the UK Biobank (aged between 40 and 70) for whom genetic information was available, the team studied 400 genetic variants that are associated with height, and 70 associated with body mass index. They used these genetic variants, together with actual height and weight, to ask whether or not shorter stature or higher BMI could lead to poorer chances in life – as measured by information the participants provided about their lives. Their findings were stark – if a man was 3” (7.5cm) shorter for no other reason than his genetics, this would lead to him having an income £1,500 per year less than his taller counterpart. If a woman was a stone heavier (6.3kg) for no other reason than her genetics, this would lead to her having an income £1,500 less per year than a comparable woman of the same height who was a stone lighter. The study was supported by the Diabetes and Wellness Foundation and the European Research Council through the project "GLUCOSEGENES - The causes of hyperglycaemia in the face of rising obesity”.
